Lo & Slo was born from a deep love of barbecue and a focus on bringing people together with food. Founder Emily, who was raised in Philadelphia, grew up with BBQ in her DNA. The multi-award winning sauces embody the essence of slow-cooked meals and blending traditional BBQ with modern flavours.
Auntie's Sauces
Auntie’s Sauces were born from Mrs. Pannum’s decades of culinary expertise, after she and her family established a chain of renowned Indian restaurants. Now, her granddaughter Shireen and husband Gregory carry on the legacy, sharing Auntie’s beloved sauces across the UK.
GingerBeard's Preserves
Founded in 2014 by Harry and Claire in a one-bed flat in Bristol, GingerBeard’s Preserves specialise in crafting small-batch, artisanal sauces and preserves. With a commitment to using only natural ingredients, their range spans from chutneys to hot sauces.
The Cole Men
Phil and Rob Coleman, two brothers from Manchester with a passion for spicy food, began creating hot sauce in 2020. They’ve since been crafting small-batch, vegan-friendly sauces, while prioritising unique and innovative flavors.
Philmore Harrison
Chef Philmore Harrison began his career in the Caribbean before spending 21 years on cruise ships, earning the title “Saucier Extraordinaire” for his mastery of sauces. Philmore now creates a diverse range of high-quality, innovative sauces to enhance any dining experience.
